Steve Hirt is an Animation Director and Story Artist who specializes in action and comedy storyboarding. He is currently working as a Director on Disney TVA's Multiplatform team and has previously directed and storyboarded on The Ghost and Molly McGee, and storyboarded on Big Hero 6, The Series. He has a background in character and prop design at Nickelodeon and has an Annie nomination for design work on Pig Goat Banana Cricket.ā
He directed the series "How NOT to Draw" for Disney TVA which won a KIDSCREEN AWARD in 2023 for Best MultiMedia Series.
He has also mentored and taught storyboarding at both San José State University and Concept Design Academy.

I Co-Directed this episode about a gnarly demon trapped inside the body of a cute little baby doll. Once a malevalent force of destruction, Lord Doom now must reconcile that he is inhabiting a vessel made for hugging. Although Molly gives him lessons in 'niceness', old habits die hard.

I Co-Directed this first episode of a two-part story where Molly's ghost-hunting love interest, Ollie, is getting dangerously close to discovering her spectral best friend, Scratch. What's worse, is that Ollie might even endanger the most important thing to the ghost community- Halloween!
